How long will it take to service or repair my vehicle?
We aim to offer same-day service in most cases, though repair durations may vary based on the extent of work needed, parts availability, or delays in communication from customers. Lately, we've experienced some delays in acquiring parts due to supply chain issues, but rest assured, we'll strive to get you back on the road swiftly.
What will the work on my vehicle cost?
For an accurate estimate, we need to assess your vehicle in person. However, we can provide rough estimates for some services promptly. Feel free to reach out if you have any cost-related questions.
What types of vehicles do you service?
We cater to most foreign and domestic vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, buses, motorcycles, ATVs, boats, and more. If you have a specialized vehicle, please contact us for assistance.
Are there charges for estimates?
If we can diagnose the issue through a visual inspection or initial road test, there's no fee for the estimate. However, if our technicians require time for disassembly or diagnostic tools, charges will reflect the extent of the work involved.
Do you use OEM parts?
Yes, we primarily use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. However, we also utilize aftermarket parts of comparable or superior quality, especially if it saves time and money. Should you prefer exclusively OEM parts, we're happy to accommodate your request.
Do you charge storage fees?
Unfortunately, we do not offer storage services. Should your vehicle not be retrieved within 3 days of service completion, a daily fee of $50.00 will be incurred and added to your invoice for each day the vehicle remains on our premises.
Do you offer transportation services?
Regrettably, we don't provide transportation services. Kindly arrange for transportation in advance when scheduling your appointment.
Do you offer towing assistance?
While we don't offer towing ourselves, we can assist you in arranging towing to our facility during normal business hours. If you have AAA towing coverage, please contact them directly for assistance.
Can you conduct general vehicle inspections?
We're happy to inspect your vehicle before long trips or potential purchases, provided it's in working condition. While we can't repair non-issues, we'll examine your vehicle (or a prospective purchase with the owner's permission) for any potential concerns.
